Board Certified Behavior Analysts
As a BCBA, you will lead treatment planning, parent coaching, and staff supervision.
As a BCBA with Adaptive Steps, you’ll lead treatment planning and guide a team of Registered Behavior Technicians in delivering in-home therapy. You’ll work directly with families to set goals, coach parents, and ensure treatment plans are evidence-based and effective. This role is ideal for clinicians who want both leadership and hands-on impact.
Registered Behavior Technicians
As an RBT, you will implement one-on-one skill-building sessions.
RBTs play a vital role in bringing therapy to life for children and families. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll provide one-on-one sessions, practice skill-building activities, and support progress in real-world settings. This position is perfect for compassionate, detail-oriented professionals eager to make a direct impact each day.
