Family Driven
We take a holistic approach where families are central to care. Caregivers receive tools, guidance, and ongoing support to help children thrive at home and beyond.
Data and Progress
Every case is supervised by a BCBA who makes data-informed decisions. This ensures consistent growth, targeted learning, and measurable progress over time.

What is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)?
BCBAs are highly trained professionals who design and oversee ABA therapy programs tailored to each child’s needs.

BCBA Training + Certification
BCBAs are master’s-level clinicians who complete extensive graduate studies, supervised fieldwork, and hands-on clinical training. To qualify, each BCBA must complete at least 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork under an established practitioner before sitting for the national certification exam. With only a 56% pass rate, the exam ensures that certified BCBAs are highly skilled in delivering quality, evidence-based care.
What does a BCBA do?
Your BCBA is the lead clinician on your child’s therapy team. They design individualized treatment plans, make data-driven updates, and oversee day-to-day therapy delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In addition, your BCBA will:
- Conduct skill assessments and set measurable goals
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
- Oversee progress reports and treatment updates
- Lead team meetings to ensure consistency across home, school, and community environments

What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?
RBTs are trained professionals who work directly with children to carry out ABA therapy programs under the guidance of a BCBA.

RBT Training + Certification
RBTs are nationally certified practitioners registered with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). They undergo rigorous training to ensure they can confidently implement behavioral strategies outlined by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Many RBTs also pursue advanced training on their path to becoming BCBAs.
Role of the RBT in ABA Therapy
As key members of the ABA team, RBTs work directly with children to implement the BCBA’s treatment plan.
Skill-Building
RBTs run individualized sessions and behavior programs tailored to your child's goals.
Data Tracking
RBTs collect progress data and share it with the supervising BCBA to guide treatment updates.
Generalization
RBTs help children apply new skills across different settings for lasting success.
Family Connection
RBTs build positive, supportive relationships with your child and family every step of the way.
